Q: Are there minimum quantities for stamped menu covers?
A: Yes. For menu covers that require foil stamping, blind debossing, etc., the minimum order is 25 ea. of the same
item & color.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: We produce each custom piece to order and strive to keep our lead time under two weeks. We will communicate an anticipated ship date at the time of your order.   If you need to meet a specific date, please call us at 1-800-975-8198

Q: Can I pay extra to get my order here faster?
A: No. All lead times are confirmed at the time of order and we work hard to meet those ship dates.  If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, we will do our best to accomodate that.

Q: How are your menus sized?
A: Descriptions of menu cover sizes always refer to the sheet size that fits inside the cover.

Q: How are your pockets configured?

Q:Are custom sizes available? 
A: Yes. Please contact us to discuss your particular needs and requirements.

Q:What stock artwork is available for decorating purposes?
A: We have several varieties of type available for identification of your menus.  You can find them by clicking here.

Q: Can my order be drop shipped to a secondary or third party location?
A: Yes, we are happy to accommodate orders that require drop-shipments.

Q: How long will you store my die?
A: Stamping dies that have not been used for five consecutive years will be discarded.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: We are proud to say that all of our products are made in Seattle, WA, USA. We source materials from all over the world but produce each piece to our high standards within our facility in Seattle.
