Returns and Refund Policy
All returns require authorization. We strive to ensure every product that leaves our plant meets our rigorous quality control standards. However, if your product is deemed defective or you have received incorrect merchandise, Captivating Covers, at its discretion, will either replace the product or refund your payment in full.
Conditions for returning products:
- Unused products must be returned in their original packaging and in full case quantities.
- Custom-printed products are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality problem.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Please include your original packing slip or order confirmation with your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
